Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of purchase will be accepted with full refund.
  • Cancellation request needs to be placed to support@decordill.com or WhatsApp us at 8310200457 within 12 hours of purchase.
  • No refunds are issued after 12 hours. Any request placed after 12 hours will only be considered on a case-by-case basis with the final decision of cancellation and refund lying solely with decordill.com.
  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • No cancellation request will be accepted for customised order.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered in below situations:

  • In the unlikely event that the customer has received a damaged order, DecorDill team needs to be informed within 48 hours from the date of receiving of the product through e-mail/WhatsApp. Any such information or request by the customer needs to be placed to support@decordill.com or on WhatsApp at 8310200457.
  •  We would like to request to our customers that, in the event that, while receiving the product from the delivery person, the packaging is damaged, please make a video of the damaged packaging along with the unboxing of the product.
  • To initiate the exchange process, a video of unpackaging of the product or photos of the damaged product need to be submitted within 48hours/2days days from the receiving date of the product.
  • Once the exchange or return offer is accepted, the customer would receive a confirmation from our team along with the courier partner details for picking up the product. The product should be packed securely in the original packaging with tag and handed over to the courier partner mentioned in the confirmation e-mail shared with the customer. Customers must include a copy of the invoice when sending the return package.
  • Once decordill.com receives the returned product, the exchange process would be started as soon as possible subject to availability of product. In case if product is not available then we will share Coupon Code worth the same amount as your product value which you can use within 1 year of issuance.
  • Any non-decordill.com product sent back to us will be disposed and decordill.com is not liable to ship back/replace non-decordill.com items.

Return & Refund Policy (Applicable Only on Bags)

Return & Refund are offered in below situations:

  • We offer returns only on bags.
  • Please note no cancellation request will be accepted for customised/ bulk order and product purchased during any festive sales.
  1. Customised Order- Customised Order is one that is specially made on specific preferences, requirements, or specifications by our customer. 
  2. Bulk Order-A bulk order is one that consists of an order value above Rs 4000 or is placed for a bulk quantity or price.”
  • Return & Refund request made within 48hours/2 days from the date of delivery of order will be accepted with refund. To initiate the return and refund process request needs to be placed on support@decordill.com or WhatsApp us at 8310200457.
  • Once the return & refund offer is accepted, the customer would receive a confirmation from our team along with the courier partner details for picking up the product. The product should be packed securely in the original packaging with tag and handed over to the courier partner mentioned in the confirmation e-mail shared with the customer. Customers must include a copy of the invoice when sending the return package.
  • Return Courier charges Rs 200/- will be bear by the customer and the same amount will be deducted from customer order value and rest will be refunded to the customer.
  • Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged, decordill.com will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange and decordill.com will dispose the parcel and we will not be liable to ship back the parcel again. 
  • Any non-decordill.com product sent back to decordill.com will be disposed and decordill.com is not liable to ship back/replace non-decordill.com items.
  • Once decordill.com receives the returned product, after inspection the refund process would be started within 7 working days. If the payment mode was Online/Prepaid then we will refund the amount value after deducting return courier charges Rs 200/- on original source Account/Bank Transfer. In case if it was COD order then decordill.com will share coupon code worth the same amount as your product value after deducting return courier charges Rs 200/- which you can use within one year of issuance. 

PLEASE NOTE: BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. FOR COD ORDER WE WILL SHARE COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR PRODUCT VALUE AFTER DEDUCTING RETURN COURIER CHARGES OF RS 200/- WHICH YOU CAN USE WITHIN ONE YEAR OF ISSUANCE.

Product Customisation Policy

  • To initiate the customization process, request needs to be placed on support@decordill.com or WhatsApp us at 8310200457.
  • Full Pre Payment is required for placing the customised order, no COD is applicable.
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase will be accepted with full refund.
  • If the customer inform us while placing an order that he/she requires an image of the product before dispatching it, the same shall be done by our customer handling team.
  • If, in any case, the customer does not like the finalised product in the picture as requested by the customer, then 50% of the order value will be deducted as a charge for making the customised order and 50% of the order value will be refunded back to the customer.
  • Once the product is ready for dispatch as per the customer requirement, we will not be able to make any alterations to it and 50% refund will not be applicable.
